Mindfulness through short daily practices

It seemed to me that mindfulness requires a lot of time. But when I tried simple 3-minute practices, I realized that the main thing is regularity. I found confirmation in the liven app review - it describes real stories of how short actions give a deep effect. Now I start every morning with a simple question to myself and a couple of minutes of silence. It has become a habit that has changed my productivity and mood. I recommend it to everyone who wants stability without unnecessary stress. A little done consciously is already power.

Mindfulness is not about hours of meditation. It is about the ability to be here and now, to feel your body, emotions, thoughts. Short practices - breathing, silence, observation - make it a part of life. The main thing is regularity and sincerity, not “perfection.” Even 2–3 minutes a day can bring attention back to yourself and reduce anxiety. This is an accessible path to inner balance in the daily hustle and bustle.
